What counts as one credit?
One email to one person: a pitch or a sample offer, or one outlet contact form you fill in. Drafting releases, pitches and offers never costs anything.
Are follow-ups extra?
No. Follow-ups are free, one per person per campaign, and only if you add one.
What do I get on the free plan?
Your store scan, story and sample ideas, drafted releases and offers, and one real match so you can see it work. Sending needs a paid plan.
What counts as a release?
A press campaign that goes out or is published to your newsroom. Drafts don’t count, and sample offers never count as releases.
Does a sample offer cost more?
No. A sample offer is one email, so it’s one credit, like a pitch. You ship the product yourself to anyone who says yes.
Can I send in several languages?
Yes, on every paid plan. Each person gets the email in their own language, and you can write the release in several languages too.
What if I need more than Pro?

Who owns the contacts?
You do. Everyone you pitch lands in your media network with the full history, and you can export it anytime.
Can I cancel?
